Here are some of our favorite recipes for venison and turkey...

Venison Stir Fry
1 or 2 packages of venison backstrap cut into bite size pcs
3 tablespoons of water
1.5 tb of corn starch
3 bunches of broccoli
1 jar of sliced pimientos (peppers)
1 medium size onion
2 tb of vegetable oil
1 tb of ginger
3/4 cup of Wegman's stir fry sauce
1 can water chestnuts
prepare as stirfry
serve over pasta such as spaghetti noodles
Venison Sausage BBQ
6-8 links of venison italian style sausage
1 jar Dinosaur BBQ Sauce
1 jar Country Sweet Sauce
Fry sausage links whole
After cooked, slice links into bit size morsels
Combine jars of sauce and add meat
Warm in crock pot or stove top pot
Venison Piggy Wrap ( From D. Parsons)
2 venison tenderloins
Montreal steak seasoning
Apply seasoning to both sides of meat, dry rub on and leave overnight
Wrap bacon around meat
Bake in over for 20 minutes at 400 degrees(watch carefully to avoid over cooking)
Venison Over Rice
1 or 2 venison tenderloins
beef gravy
white rice
Slice meat into medallion shape pcs
marinade in gravy/sauce overnight
Fry meat quickly in oil and add to gravy and simmer until warm
Serve over rice
Turkey Breast on a Skewer
1 or 2 wild turkey breasts
Lemon garlic marinade
Cut meat into bite size morsels
Marinade the tukey overnight
Place meat on skewer and wrap in bacon
Cook on grill
Jerky Recipes
2lbs ground meat
2tsp salt
tsp black pepper
2 tsp coriander
tsp chili powder
tsp ground ginger
tsp ground cumin
tsp tumeric
tsp mace
tsp cayenne
cup water.
Add spices to water and dissolve as much as possible, add water to meat mix well extrude onto your drying racks and place in dehydrator until done.

2 lbs ground meat
2tsp salt
tsp black pepper
1tsp chili powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp garlic powder
tsp cayenne
tsp oregano
cup water

2 lbs ground meat
tsp black pepper
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp salt
tsp ground nutmeg
tsp ground ginger
cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
cup water

New Orleans
2 lbs ground meat
tsp black pepper
tsp cayenne
1 tsp onion powder
tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
cup water.

2 lbs ground meat
tsp salt
cup soy sauce
cup Worcestershire sauce
tsp sugar
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp tomato sauce
tsp crushed anise seed

2 lbs ground meat
cup BBQ sauce
cup water
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp powdered fajita mix
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
tsp chili powder
tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt.

2 lbs ground meat
1tsp salt
1tbsp brown sugar
tsp cayenne
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
tsp black pepper
cup soy sauce
cup pineapple juice.
2 pounds ground meat
1/2 cup water
2 tb of maple syrup
1 tb of maple abstract
3 tb maple jerky mix
2 teaspoon cure
